Hi there, your design seems quite nice and comfortable. Just the fact that it is totally closed makes me hesitate. Don't you have an alternative with more open design to make it more 'breathable' ? Regards. Kurt.
Hello Kurt, this design is the result of many trials, and being closed it is much safer in regard to pinching or sharp edges off the plate. If you are a little bit stilled you should be able to open some holes using meshmixer or some other software. Lastly you can use a red hot metal piece to melt some holes if you will.

The reason of such feature missing Is that I realized the best way to ensure a firm lock Is to bolt ring and Shell together. Moreover, for most of the players it is more of a mental game, and noone goes around with an allen-key in their pocket. If you are really into that kind of play I could suggest you some other way to make a seal. Like Seal Wax for instance. I think the beuty of my design Is that it's very simple to print and to use. It would be weird if you had both the screws and the padlock.

such devices are meant to be used one single time, therefore, instead of me spending hours to design an automatic permanent locking, which will be broken away after the very first use, I would strongly suggest you to use glue instead. From V3 there's plenty of surface there for the glue to Stick on.
i am having trouble finding the right sizes for the nuts and bolts for the v4 chastity would you mind guiding me in the direction!

Alas, no. She can pull her hand out of anything that goes around her 7 cm wide wrist, but I was thinking that if the ball part was smaller she wouldn't be able to open her hand. Also, I got a slightly smaller than usual printer bc it was a store demo. :-/
What about only scaling in z direction? This should eventually reduce the internal room so to preventivo the Hand from opening. Just be careful of the dome structure if you go without s.
Hey, I've got a question: I'm considering buying your commercial EasyCB4 files, and have grabbed the EasyCB3 files to tinker with. I have yet to get a square nut to fit into the slots for them. Are you using a specific nut set to get them that thin?
I've got plenty of uses for the nuts i have and could modify but want to save the hassle

You are right, as the slot is quite narrow in the model (1.9mm).
The nuts i'm using have 5.5mm side, and 2.4mm thickness.
By the way, having the slot printed in slanted position, from my experiments this dimension gives quite a tight fit, which is necessary if you wanna keep the nuts in position when you assemble or disassemble the device (˵ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°˵)
As this could be a major issue with the product, which noone previously pointed out, please let me know if this could be improved somehow.

Hi. I have printed and tried your Male Chastity V2. One challenge is that it is a bit small. Is it possible to make it a bit larger for me. The ring is fine, could possibly be about 10mm smaller but not serious. The inside of the shell however, needs to be 35mm wide and 42mm high. The depth is fine. I would really appreciate this.

I assume you refer to a chastity cage design! Actually, I don’t think spikes could be a thing, staying focused on FDM printing... since they could be extremely brittle, depending on the printing orientation. Actually, I’m much more focused on customizability in of shape instead of features.
If I will ever get to complete my next design, it will be fully customizable.
It will be a kick in the ass to all those services offering a custom made chastity belt, asking for hundreds USD. Mine will be worth 10 USD. If I’ll ever reach the point of completing it ahah 😊
Any chance you could make a flat/innie version of the V5 cage? Something that sits even further back than the Nub?
