🔧 Présentation
Ce modèle a été conçu pour intégrer proprement une prise RJ45 double (Keystone) dans une goulotte électrique existante.
Les goulottes de mon bureau sont équipées de caches clipsables d’environ 64 à 65 mm de hauteur, mais je n’ai pas pu identifier la marque.

N’ayant trouvé aucune solution de fixation compatible pour la prise RJ45 que j’avais achetée, j’ai modélisé un cache sur mesure qui remplace le cache d’origine et permet de fixer solidement la prise.

Il s'agit d’un boîtier pour deux modules RJ45 standard au format Keystone, livré avec une plaque en aluminium et des vis.

⚠️ Remarques importantes
Le fichier 1 est la pièce principale indispensable.
Les pièces 2 et 3, bien que facultatives dans certains cas, permettent une fixation plus rigide et plus précise des modules RJ45.
Le système est conçu pour réutiliser la plaque aluminium livrée avec la prise, sans modifier les composants d’origine.

🧰 Instructions d’installation
La plaque en aluminium fournie avec la prise RJ45 doit être vissée sur la pièce 1 à l’aide des vis d’origine.
Les pièces 2 et 3 viennent ensuite se fixer à la fois sur la plaque aluminium et sur la pièce 1, assurant un maintien précis et rigide de l’ensemble une fois clipsé sur la goulotte.

🔧 Overview
This model was designed to neatly integrate a double RJ45 socket (Keystone format) into an existing cable trunking system.
The trunking in my office is fitted with clip-on covers approximately 64 to 65 mm high, but I was unable to identify the brand.

Since I couldn't find a compatible mounting solution for the RJ45 socket I had purchased, I designed a custom cover to replace the original one and allow for solid attachment of the socket.

This product is a frame for two standard RJ45 Keystone modules, and comes with an aluminum faceplate and mounting screws.

⚠️ Important notes
File 1 is the essential main part.

Parts 2 and 3, while optional, provide better stability and alignment of the RJ45 modules.

The system is designed to reuse the aluminum faceplate provided with the RJ45 socket, without modifying any original components.

🧰 Installation instructions
The aluminum faceplate included with the RJ45 socket must be screwed onto part 1 using the original screws.
Parts 2 and 3 are then attached to both the faceplate and part 1, ensuring a rigid and precise assembly when clipped onto the trunking.
