In this video, I detail my process for deg and assembling versatile cardboard storage containers! My key requirements for this project were to create containers that were:
• Cost-effective
• Easy to assemble
• Sturdy enough for everyday use
In this video you will see my original requirements for these containers and the design evolution, including a look at a few initial concepts that didn't quite work out, before landing on the final round-peg locking system.

I'll guide you through assembling 1x1, 1x2, and 2x2 containers, and even share a quick look at the 1x4. You'll learn how to cut the cardboard sides (using cost-effective materials like repurposed boxes) and easily insert them into the 3D-printed frame. Plus, discover the benefits of this design, including the ease of replacing cardboard, writing directly on the sides for labeling, and the significant reduction in plastic usage (estimated 25% to 60%) and printing time compared to original designs. **You will need to use a 0.4mm nozzle for best results.

I also showcase a new, more efficient all-in-one cutout template for all sizes. Finally, see the containers
in action, perfectly organizing various items!
