Exploring a New Pokéball Design: Mega Stones & Keystones!
I wanted to try something new with Pokéball designs—introducing Pokéball Mega Stones & Keystones!
For those unfamiliar with Mega Stones, here’s a quick introduction:
What is a Mega Stone?
Mega Stones are special items first introduced in Pokémon X & Y. With Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, additional Mega Stones were introduced, specifically affecting Pokémon from the Hoenn region.
To trigger a Mega Evolution, a Pokémon must hold its corresponding Mega Stone, while the Trainer wears a Mega Ring or Mega Bracelet. Each Pokémon capable of Mega Evolution has its own unique Mega Stone - except Rayquaza, which can Mega Evolve without one.
Since Mega Stones are essential to Mega Evolution, I had to design them in Pokéball form! 🎨✨

What About Keystones?
Mega Stones alone aren’t enough - you also need a Keystone!
What is a Keystone?
A Keystone is a special stone that allows a Trainer to activate Mega Evolution. It acts as the link between Trainer and Pokémon when a Pokémon is holding its corresponding Mega Stone.
How Does Mega Evolution Work?
1️ The Trainer wears the Keystone in an accessory like a Mega Ring or Mega Bracelet.
2️ The Pokémon holds the corresponding Mega Stone (e.g., Charizardite X).
3️ During battle, the Trainer activates the Keystone, triggering the Mega Evolution.
4️ The Pokémon temporarily transforms, gaining boosted stats, a new ability, or even a type change.

👉 Without a Keystone, Mega Evolution is impossible!

Print Difficulty: Easy

It's a complete multipart design, allowing you to achieve multicolor printing even with just a single extruder printer. 💪

🖨️ If you require additional printer settings, here they are:

📏 Layer lines: 0.2 mm
In my videos/photos, I typically print at a layer height of 0.1 - 0.2.
For intricate parts and accessories, I use a 0.1 layer height.
For the shells and the middle part, I opt for a 0.2 layer height.

⭕ Walls: 3 walls
✳️ Infill: 5-10%
🚄 Speed: 45 mm/s
🌡️ Temperature: 200-220°C nozzle and 60°C bed
🛠️ : Information for each part is included in the filename.
🌌 Raft/Brim: If you're working with very small parts without , I recommend using adhesive when your adhesion isn't that strong.
